The 4th and final week of training has started.
Two Staffs from Support Office of Graduate School of Social Sciences come to talk about attendance book and procedures of business trip report of university staffs.
Trainees learn how to keep records of teachers’ working days and how to report their business trips. The staffs, Ms. Koyama and Mr. Kumamaru let trainees try to fill out the attendance book and then to find mistakes in business trip report.

- A lot of questions were presented to find out differences between the system of the Philippines and that of Japan.

In the afternoon trainees began to prepare for the presentation on Friday.
