Lectures on July 13th are made by Prof. Seiichi Moribe of Hiroshima University and Mr. Shin-ichi Yokota of Hiroshima Prefecture.

Prof. Moribe’s lecture is about Local Government of Japan, and Mr. Yokota’s is about Efforts to Develop Depopulated Areas of Hiroshima Prefecture.

A field trip to Shobara City where farmers have produced a new brand of rice.

After the two lectures, the trainees had a tasting party of the new brand, “Satoyama-no-yume.“
